By creating an account or using InsightAI's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

InsightAI provides an enterprise AI platform featuring:

Multi-agent AI orchestration and automation
Persistent memory and context management
Deep research and analysis capabilities
Code intelligence and development tools
Custom AI expert configuration

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your account information as needed
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InsightAI's services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Interfere with the operation of our services
Use the platform for unauthorized data mining or scraping

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of InsightAI require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described in your plan
Provide valid payment information
Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

6. Intellectual Property

InsightAI and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including software, designs, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you create using our services, subject to our license to provide the services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of InsightAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by InsightAI's AI systems is provided for informational purposes. You acknowledge that:

AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content
AI outputs should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human review

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSIGHTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsightAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our platform or by email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
